Our company policy is based upon giving our customers an opportunity to purchase goods at a much reduced price and we will work hard to ensure you are happy with the products you receive.

Although we make every effort to ensure that the product information on our website is correct, we cannot guarantee that the occassional mistake will not occur.

Please note that the product images may, from time to time, be slightly different, but will represent the actual product.

We will protect your personal data inline with our Privacy Statement.

 

Order Processing

You will receive an email confirmation of your order, if you wish to make an ammendment please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to action this for you, this will not be posiible if your order has been dispatched.  Dispatch time will be within 4 days, in busy times, however, it may take a little longer.

Fulfilling your order

We make every effort to keep our stock levels up to date, but with these best efforts in mind there may be an occasion when we cannot fulfil your order.  In this case we will contact you to offer you replacement items or a refund of the products in question.

Delivery

Depending on the size of your order we will either send via Evri or Royal Mail.

Returns

We hope that you love you order, however,If you are unhappy we will consider all concerns on their merit in conjuction with your statuary rights and request that your concern is sent by email to [email protected].  We will respond as quickly as possible and do our best to resolve any issue that you may have.  Customers must inform us within 2 days of delivery to receive a replacement order of that item, a refund for the item or a gift voucher.  Items will be replaced or a refund given once we receive evidence of damaged goods. Evidence can be provided by emailing a photograph to us of the damaged items. 

We must however draw your attention to the fact that a large number of our products are close to their best before date or have already passed it.  The best before date is clearly shown alongside each product so unfortunatley are unable to accept responsibility for items that are purchased without the best before date being taken into consideration.  

We will not accept refunds without prior consent from ourselves and the return cost is payable by the purchaser, unless the item is faulty.

We will not process refunds where the reason given is that the item is close to or has passed it's best before date

Any missing/damaged/incorrect items from your order must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt of your parcel. Claims after that period will not be honoured.

VAT

All items advertised include VAT at the current rate of 20%

Terms

As delays can happen and be unforeseen, we  accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within our estimated time-scales.

It is you (the customer) who is responsible for supplying us with the correct delivery address details. We are not liable for any loss of money, due to postage, if an incorrect address has been provided to us.

PAYMENT SECURITY

When the order is placed on our website, you will be re-directed to either Worldpay or PayPal (depending on your choice) where your payment will be processed using the highest levels of security. No card details will be saved on our website.
